Delivery is £2.50 for orders under £10, £3.99 for orders between £10.01 -£39.99 and free for orders over £40, mainland UK only, Orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Highlands cost £6.99 for orders under £40 and £9.99 for orders over £40. Orders being sent to Europe or any where else in the world depends on the items ordered so please contact us for a full and accurate quote. The prices stated at checkout for shipping to Europe and worldwide are based on the heaviest items we sell, so please do get in touch as delivery is likely to be much less.

All items in stock will normally be dispatched the next working day, we use Hermes for small items and delivery takes 2-3 days after they have been dispatched, Kidkraft products are shipped using DPD and UPS for the heavy products delivery normally takes 2-4 days and these come direct from Kidkraft. Some of the handmade and specialist items may require ordering from the supplier these will take slightly longer to be dispatched. Any items out of stock can be reserved, please contact us to do this. Please note large outdoor Kidkraft tems can take up to 14 working days to arrive, the delivery company will ring you to arrange a delivery day.

Please note if you request that your order be left if you are not home and it is then lost or stolen we will not be held liable for replacing your order. Everything we send is signature required upon delivery and delivery companies will not accept responsibility for items left at the request of the customer. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original condition, returns will have to be made at your own cost. For faulty items these will be accepted after the 7 days and the cost of returning them will be paid for by us. Flat packed items must still be boxed and can not be returned once built. If you have any damaged pieces please contact us and we can arrange for a replacement part to be sent out. Please inform us straight away if any item arrives damaged and before returning anything please contact us first.

When returning an item the original delivery charge is refunded if made within the 7 days unless you paid for express delivery (see terms and conditions)

Payment will be refunded once you have returned the goods to us and we are in receipt of them, we can arrange the collection at your cost unless the item was incorrectly sent or faulty. Goods must be returned within 30 days of requesting a refund.

We are always happy to help customers with products which are purchased from ourselves, if you ever have any questions then please do get in touch with us even if it has been a few months we will always try to help you.


You can cancel your order any time from the moment it is placed up to 7 days after receipt of the item. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order in writing either by letter, email or fax. If an item is unavailable we will not send out an alternative item, but will issue you with a refund should you request one unless you are willing to wait for the item to come back in stock.


Payment can be made using a debit or credit card online or if you prefer over the phone (for small orders only orders of more then £50 will require ID being emailed to us), Paypal and Google checkout are also accepted. You can pay cash on collection and pay via a bank transfer.

We also offer payment plans, if you see something you like or want to spread the cost of Xmas then you can pay weekly or monthly, the product will not be dispatched until full payment is received. Please contact us if this is something you would like to do.
